It's your time to focus on the question which can help you in your career

“What do I want more of next year?”

This question will make you think. It helps to shift your focus away from external labels and towards what actually matters. Remember how important your experiences, your values, and the way you want your work to feel is.

You might decide you want more of:

• Creativity

• Flexibility

• Leadership opportunities

• Stability

• Connection

• Learning and growth

• Confidence in your decisions

• Work that aligns with your strengths

But why is this question powerful? It is because it centres you, not the job market or other people’s expectations. It helps you understand what will make next year feel fulfilling, balanced and purposeful.
