Small Group Reflection Circles
Intimate, guided gatherings to pause, reflect and find your footing alongside others feeling the same as you.

A Soft Space to
Catch Your Breath
When walking through personal loss, emotional exhaustion, or big life changes, 1:1 sessions can sometimes feel intense, while large groups feel overwhelming. Small Group Reflection Circles offer a quiet middle ground.
Held online via Zoom or in-person in Barnet, these 90-minute gatherings (limited to 4–8 seats) over 6 weeks give you a safe, regulated environment to absorb calming tools, reflect on your journey, and realize you are not alone.
Core Focus Areas
inside the Circle
-
Grief & Transition Support:
Safe space to honor what has shifted or who you have lost, without pressure to "fix" anything.
-
Calming Anxiety & Emotional Fatigue:
Real-time nervous system regulation using somatic breathing and grounding practices.
-
Quiet Confidence & Self-Compassion:
Using themes from the R.E.S.E.T. framework (Reflect, Explore, Strengthen, Embed, Thrive) to gently restore self-trust.
