With over 30 years of hands-on experience spanning HR, Operations Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, and Recruitment, I have worked directly inside the engine rooms of diverse industries - leading staff, delivering training, and building robust operational systems from the ground up.

 

My career is built on real-world execution: I’ve co-owned a grassroots football club, managed dynamic teams, and regularly speak at events on operational clarity, personal branding, time management, and smart outsourcing. I don’t just understand how businesses and careers function in theory - I know how to make them succeed in reality.

Beyond the corporate titles, my coaching is deeply rooted in lived experience. I know firsthand what it takes to navigate a major career pivot, relocate across countries, rebuild after redundancy, return to the workforce, and step out on your own to launch a business.
