Who is behind Empowering Your Circle?
Empowering Your Circle was founded by Hazel Theocharous, a coach, author, and facilitator. Combining 30 years of operational leadership experience with her own lived journey through compound loss, Hazel created the R.E.S.E.T. framework (Reflect, Explore, Strengthen, Embed, Thrive) to offer grounded, whole-human support for life's heavy seasons.
Who are these coaching pathways and resources designed for?
They are designed for anyone walking through a season of transition, emotional fatigue, grief, or self-doubt. Whether you are an individual seeking clarity, a professional dealing with workplace imposter syndrome, a leader experiencing executive burnout, or someone returning to work after personal loss, you are welcome here.
Why the name "Empowering Your Circle"?
Confidence, calm, and emotional intelligence don't exist in a vacuum. When you give yourself permission to pause, quiet internal self-doubt, and rebuild your internal footing, that grounded strength naturally ripples outward, empowering your family, your workplace, your team, and your community. When you think about every part of your life, you are working and living in circles, so no matter what you are going through, you can find a way for me to support and help you navigate next steps.
