Hazel Theocharous of Empowering Your Circle chats with the amazing Anne Iarchy who is committed to supporting people through their gluten free lifestyle. Since 2010, Anne has worked as a health and lifestyle coach and nutritional therapist, helping people build sustainable habits and healthier, more balanced lives. In 2023, her work became deeply personal when she was diagnosed with coeliac disease. Faced with a sudden lifestyle change, Anne applied the same five-step method she had taught for years, giving her first-hand insight into the challenges many people face after diagnosis. A passionate bread lover, Anne refused to rely on ultra-processed gluten-free options. Instead, she set out to recreate high-quality gluten-free bread with the flavour and texture she missed, leading her to develop online gluten-free baking classes and in-person bread workshops. Today, Anne supports people newly diagnosed with coeliac disease or those transitioning to a gluten-free lifestyle, combining her expertise in nutrition, lifestyle change, and gluten-free baking to help them rebuild confidence and thrive.
