The Train the Trainer programme is a practical, interactive two-day experience designed for anyone who delivers learning within their organisation: whether you’re an HR professional, people manager, or subject-matter expert.

You’ll learn how to design, deliver, and evaluate sessions that make a lasting impact, all while gaining tools, templates, and mentoring to keep developing beyond the workshop.

With small groups of no more than eight participants, you’ll receive individual feedback, plenty of practice time, and a supportive space to grow your facilitation confidence.
